Daya Bersih Sdn .Bhd. (DBSB) was incorporated in 2004 with the initial scope of cleaning, landscape and ground maintenance for International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). As the Facility Management Service (FMS) industry is expanding, our scopes have also diversified to providing comprehensive FMS to cater the growing needs of the market.

Our mission is to provide a safe, functional, clean and welcoming campuses. We are responsible for the physical assets of the University to ensure a quality environments for students, faculty, staff and visitors in support of the University Mission of teaching, research and outreach.
Our team monitor a building performance through a specially designed Computerized Maintenance Management Services (CMMS) that is accessible from any location 24 hours a day. The maintenance requirement, activities, schedules, history and performance to all facilities are contained within the computer system.
