IMSC Contributes Zakat Wakalah to IIUM Endowment Fund
IIUM Medical Specialist Centre (IMSC) participated in Santunan Kasih UIAM through the presentation of Zakat Wakalah to the IIUM Endowment Fund.
The contribution supports educational and welfare initiatives that benefit students and the wider community. It also reflects IMSC’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainable community support.
Santunan Kasih UIAM brought together the IIUM community, university leadership, corporate representatives and government agencies to promote compassion, volunteerism and community welfare.
The programme was attended by Her Royal Highness the Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah binti Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj. Her presence reflected continued support for initiatives that strengthen student and community welfare.
Also present were His Highness Tengku Panglima Raja Brigadier General Tengku Amir Nasser Ibrahim Shah, Her Highness Che Puan Panglima Puteri Hajjah Suraiya Afzan binti Dato’ Indera Haji Mohammed Moizz, and Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Hussain, President of the International Islamic University Malaysia.
Through its Zakat Wakalah contribution, IMSC is proud to support the IIUM Endowment Fund in advancing meaningful initiatives for the university community.
