Zone 6 Wins 5S Competition at IIUM Holdings HQ Level
KUALA LUMPUR, 7 January 2026 – The spirit of cooperation among IIUM Holdings (IIUMH) Head Office (HQ) staff was clearly evident through the Inter-Departmental 5S Competition, which concluded successfully today. This internal initiative aims to improve workplace organisation and cleanliness, in line with the organisation commitment to operational excellence.
Recognising Workspace Excellence
The prize presentation ceremony was carried out by YBhg. Dato Ahmad Nadzarudin Abdul Razak, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IIUM Holdings. Assessments were made by representatives of each department, focusing on layout, cleanliness, documentation, and staff commitment.
The following are the full results for the zones at IIUMH HQ:
- Champion: Zone 6 (Group Company Secretary)
- First Runner-up: Zone 5 (Group Corporate Assurance)
- Third Place: Zone 3 (Group Marketing and Sales, Group Finance, and Group Corporate Communications)

To recognise individual dedication in maintaining high 5S standards in personal workspaces, a special award was presented to:
