Kuantan, June 26, 2024 – The IIUM Medical Specialist Centre (IMSC) has conducted a Customer Service Image Training aimed at raising the standard of service provided by the center. The training, designed to enhance the overall patient experience, covered various methods and essential elements of excellent customer service.

Participants were introduced to best practices for customer interaction, effective communication techniques, and strategies for managing patient expectations and feedback. This initiative is part of IMSC’s continuous efforts to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
