IIUM Holdings Badminton Activity Fosters a Spirit of Teamwork
GOMBAK, 26 January 2026 – IIUM Holdings Group (IIUMH) remains committed to fostering a healthy and balanced work culture through a staff engagement badminton activity held at the UIAM Male Sports Complex last Friday.
The activity, held on 23 January 2026, was made even more meaningful with the participation of the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato Ahmad Nadzarudin Abdul Razak. He not only attended to lend his support but also took to the court alongside staff, setting an example of leadership that prioritises the wellbeing of employees.
According to the organising committee, the programme aims to strengthen bonds between management and staff in an informal setting. Through sporting activities like this, the spirit of teamwork can be fostered more effectively, which is a critical element in driving the organisation towards the RISE2030 vision.
In addition, the programme is also part of the company initiative to encourage an active lifestyle among staff to ensure optimal mental and physical fitness. This session, filled with cheer and sporting spirit, is hoped to continue as a regular activity to ensure the bond among IIUMH staff remains strong.
