With deep sadness, IIUM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. announces the passing of En. Ab Razak Ab Rahman, Compliance Officer of our subsidiary, IIUM Educare Sdn. Bhd.
En. Ab Razak returned to the mercy of Allah SWT on Tuesday, 27 May 2025. His passing is a great loss not only to IIUM Educare but to the entire IIUM Holdings Group. He was a person of integrity, commitment, and professionalism—respected by colleagues and remembered fondly for his warm character and strong work ethics.
Throughout his tenure, En. Ab Razak played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s compliance and governance structure. His contributions have left a lasting impact on the organisation, and his legacy will continue to inspire.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, and staff of IIUM Holdings Group, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. May Allah SWT grant him forgiveness, bless him with eternal peace, and place him among the righteous in Jannatul Firdaus.
